Exclusions

# Airfare is not included in the package.

# Medical Expenses beyond first aid and travel insurance of any kind.

# Personal Expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and bottled/mineral water.

# Charges for additional sightseeing or extra usage of the vehicle beyond what is mentioned in the itinerary.

# All tour arrangements are made in good faith; however, unforeseen circumstances may lead to changes or cancellations beyond our control.

Cancellation

# 45 days or more before the journey – 90% of the tour price will be refunded.

# 44 to 31 days before the journey – 50% of the tour price will be refunded.

# 30 to 15 days before the journey – 25% of the tour price will be refunded.

# 14 days or less before the journey – No refund will be provided.

# No-show on the day of travel – No refund will be applicable.

Note: All refunds will be processed after deducting applicable bank charges, if any.

Terms & Conditions

# Bookings should ideally be made at least 60 days in advance by paying 60% of the total package cost. • The remaining 40% must be paid at least 7 days prior to the date of departure.

# Children below 5 years are complimentary (excluding ferry charges). • Children aged 5 years and above will be charged as extra persons.

# All boat trips, including visits to Coral Islands and other marine sites, are subject to weather conditions. In case of cancellation of any sightseeing due to natural calamities or unsafe sea conditions, no refund will be applicable, either in full or in part.

# In the event of flight cancellations or ship delays, if the guest is unable to reach Port Blair on the booking date, all additional expenses will be borne by the customer. • Similarly, if there is any delay or cancellation of return flights/ships on the day of check-out, the cost of extra accommodation, meals, and transport shall be paid by the guest.

# If the listed hotels are unavailable due to any reason, we reserve the right to provide similar category alternative accommodation.

# Guests are required to carry valid photo identification (Passport or Aadhaar Card) in original at the time of hotel check-in.

# No refunds will be provided for cancellations of bookings made between 15th December and 20th January.
